  • Requirements for an ACS-accredited Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. All chemistry majors complete the same basic set of requirements on their way to earning a BS degree that is accredited by the American Chemical Society, the largest professional chemistry organization in the world. Completion of this program provides excellent training for further study in graduate or professional school, employment in chemical industry, or a host of career options.
