Curriculum
Truman chemistry offers a wide variety of courses for both
chemistry majors and non-majors. Working with their academic
advisor, students can use the information below to put together a
plan to meet their academic requirements and learn some interesting
chemistry!
- Requirements for an ACS-accredited
Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. All chemistry
majors complete the same basic set of requirements on their way
to earning a BS degree that is accredited by the American
Chemical Society, the largest professional chemistry
organization in the world. Completion of this program provides
excellent training for further study in graduate or professional
school, employment in chemical industry, or a host of career
options.
